E. Richard Waugh
Our Managing partner has more than 40 years' experience in the construction industry. In 1983 he received a Florida State Certified General Contractors License and has been working as a contractor in commercial, residential, and institutional building construction and renovations. Florida State Certified General Contractor License # CGC021882 Florida State Certified Home Inspector License #HI7429.
Paul Beuckens, AIBD
Studied Civil Engineering at the University of South Dakota, and Design Service at Southeastern Technical Institute, where he received an associates degree in 1985. Paul has 20 years in Civil Engineering and l Design. Professional Building Designer since 2007 Member of “AIBD” (American Institute of Building Design)
Richard Wasilewski, PE
Has more than 30 years as a Professional Engineer. He has specialized in commercial and residential design. He also performs inspections and evaluations. Florida State Registered Professional Engineer, Lic. # PE0000015586Florida State Certified General Contractor Lic. # CGC01162
